After reading this article and seeing the three standards of fitness. i can say that crossfit's definition of fitness is a good one. i think overall it is to be functional, crossfit teaches its students to build muscle and endurance so they can complete athletic tasks to their maximum potential. to be fit isnt being able to do one lift or one skill extremely well, it is to train in a variety of practices that make your body able to acomplish any task set before itself.
