this workout was one of the most difficult wods i have ever done. but i also felt it was one of my most successful in my opinion. i was able to do all the movements without any hassle and the only thi g between me and the ginish was my oen body, not some technical move that i haven't practiced enough yet. so my time wad 15:41 a modest time but not anything to celebrate. so as always i am trying to get better and become more fit. i am seeing small progress in my physic and major improvements in my preformance in class.
