dododododooooo do do do do dooooo..... this workout gave me great pain and physically and emotionally. i just got through my third round when the clock inevitably struck zero and my hopes for a completed wod were dazingly crushed before my very eyes. a sad day in the life of Aidan Adrain. i hope to recover soon.
