12 Minute Amrap:
-200m run
-5 wall balls
-5 pull-ups
Increase one rep of each exercise each round.
this wod dod not seem like one of the more difficult wods we have ever done but man did it feel like it. this morning i whent tk track practice to run then in gym class we ran and finally to top off my running odyssey we did this wod and my legs wouldn't bend and they sure as hell didnt want to run. i completed 4 rounds and got exactly half way though my 5th round. go me! i am very tired now and i should stop typing because i can't think of an ending.
