i enjoyed this workout because of its endurance base and i rock at single unders. after prqcticing double unders for like forever single unders got quite easy. i finished this workout in 18:37 seconds. i feel like i Yah could uave done it faster if i didnt walk back and forth from the gym to the caff also i had to wait for the bar sometimes. oh well all part of the experience. a good day to be a crossfiter!
