Sarah Noonan felt true fear today as i came inches away from a muscle up. i will defeat her if it kills me.
this workout was completed on the heels of some of the more experienced crossfiters of the class like sarah herself and i dont think i was mire than a minute and a half behind mr peters. a really fun workout! i have to say i think i am seeing genuine inprovment in my fitness :)
